Refund & Exchange Policy – The Silver Atelier

At The Silver Atelier, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refund & Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, and stickers intact.

  • This policy applies to orders within Pakistan only.
    For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at thesilveratelierofficial@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return or exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, you may send the item back to our warehouse address (shared by our team).

  3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 working days.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Refund Details

  • If the product is returned unused and in original condition, a full refund of the product price will be issued.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Refund & Exchange Policy (Used Products)

We understand certain situations may require flexibility. If the product has been used, the following policy will apply:

  • Refund: 50% of the sale price

  • Exchange: 70% of the sale price

This applies only after inspection and approval by The Silver Atelier.
